The GSM-Fuji story began in 1984 when Basil S. Germanides founded Gulf States Marine Supplies, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Establishing ourselves as a leader early on, we became the first ship supplier in Texas to secure a Bonded Warehouse license.
For over 34 years, Gulf States Marine Supplies provided unwavering service across the Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama Gulf Coasts, building a reputation for local knowledge and logistical reliability that remains the heartbeat of our company today.
